• Step 4: Provide biometrics (fingerprints and photograph) at the VFS center.
• Step 5: Wait for your visa decision — standard processing takes 3–8 weeks from the biometrics date.

• CAS letter — Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS number is essential)

• Academic transcripts and certificates — Grade 10, Grade 12, and Bachelor's degree (as referenced on your CAS)
• English proficiency proof — IELTS, PTE, TOEFL scorecard, or MOI certificate as confirmed on your CAS
• TB test certificate — from an IOM-approved clinic in Nepal (valid for 6 months)
• NOC from Ministry of Education — No Objection Certificate (NPR 2,000)

• IHS payment confirmation — receipt showing Immigration Health Surcharge paid
