TOEFL Score Validity
Your TOEFL scores are valid in most of the countries like the USA, the UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and other English speaking countries. Still, the required score might vary from one country to another and also from one college/university to another.
TOEFL Score Range
TOEFL score ranges from 0 – 120 for the whole test, and 0 – 30 for each section of the test. In other words, your lowest score on TOEFL test can be 0, while the highest score can be 30 each in Reading, Listening, Speaking and Writing section of the test.

The TOEFL iBT test is scored on a scale of 0 to 120 points. Each of the four sections (Reading, Listening, Speaking, and Writing) receives a scaled score from 0 to 30. The scaled scores from the four sections are added together to determine the total score.

TOEFL Score validity Period
From the date of your TOEFL test, your score is valid for a period of TWO years. Therefore, consider your plans accordingly as to when, which college or university you wish to apply for.
TOEFL Score Report Time
Your official scores will be available in your ETS account online or via the TOEFL official app, approximately 6 – 10 days after your test day. Hence, you are advised to create a TOEFL account in advance on ETS official website.
